Please note that only cars up to 180 cm height will be accepted at the hotel parking.

Travel information

To reach the hotel by train:
From main airports (Geneva, Zurich) take a train to Montreux (possible train change in Lausanne or Bern, please check in ticket office).

From Montreux train station it's a 10-15 minutes' walk or a taxi ride(fare: CHF 12.00 - 18.00).

Please note that the reception closes at 23:30. If you arrive later, please contact the hotel by phone in advance to receive instructions on how to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged CHF 10 per night per person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 30 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
CHF 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 5 per 30 minutes.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 15 per day.
