The hotel is located in the centre of Interlaken, near the post office at the Marktplatz (Market Square). The City Hotel can be reached by car using the entrance between the hotel Chalet Oberland and the Credit Swiss Bank.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All older children or adults are charged CHF 60 per night per person for extra beds.
