Located at the summit of Mount Pilatus at 2.132 metres above sea level, the Hotel Bellevue is only reachable by cable car or the world's steepest cog railway. It features a terrace with panoramic views. From the terrace you can enjoy superb views over the Swiss Alps and the bay of Lucerne, while tasting typical Swiss specialities. All rooms in the Bellevue Hotel have a private bathroom including a hairdryer and offer panoramic views as well. The hotel can be reached by cable car from Kriens or by cog railway from Alpnachstad.

Important Information

Please note, that the hotel can only be reached by cable car or cog railway. The summer the last cable car leaves at 17:00 from Kriens, the last train leaves at 17:50 from Alpnachstad.

In windy conditions it is not possible to reach hotel via the gondola lift. Until 15 May, the last gondola leaves for the hotel at 16:00.
