The Hotel Spalentor is located opposite the Botanic Gardens, close to the centre of Basel and the University. It offers free bikes, free Wi-Fi and a quiet garden with a chestnut tree. Each of the spacious, 30-m² rooms features a tea and coffee maker, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD Player and a large choice of free DVDs. There is also a fitness area and a playroom with billiards, darts and table soccer. Baby seats for the rental bikes are available as well.

The university of Basle is situated opposite of the Hotel Spalentor. You stay at the Hotel Spalentor and enjoy all the amenities of the hotel. Well refreshed you will start for the conference at the “Kollegienhaus” of the university Basle. There you will have a meeting in a dynamic surrounding in modern conference rooms with daylight which are equipped with standard meeting technology. During the meeting you will get new energy at two coffee breaks and a nutritious lunch. We offer this package including overnight, conference room with standard technology, two coffee breaks and lunch for at least 20 participants.

The breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 10:00. On weekends and bank holidays from 07:30 until 11:00.

Our hotel bar is open from 07:00 until 22:45. It offers a various choice of warm snacks and drinks.
During summertime you can enjoy a drink or ice-cream in our garden.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
