Les Airelles is a villa built 100 years ago for a Russian princess on top of a hill in Leysin. Some rooms have balconies offering views of the Dents-du-Midi and the Mont Blanc. Wireless internet is available free of charge throughout the building. A selection of coffees, teas, cocoa, juice, milk and fruits is available for free 24 hours a day A continental breakfast buffet is served between 05:00 and 12:00 at the Les Airelles Bed and Breakfast. A fully equipped guest kitchen as well as an outdoor barbecue area is at your disposal. There is a children's room with a PlayStation and you can also make use of the DVD library including 150 films in the common living room. You can store your skis or bikes in a dehumidified storage room A free shuttle bus stops right in front of Les Airelles during high season.

Room information

Some rooms are very large with big balconies and fabulous unobstructed views, while others are a bit smaller, have no balconies and overlook the garden. Some rooms are small and are ideal for children, students or budget travellers.

All rooms have a sink, a wardrobe and DVDs/Videos (150 films) are available on request.

Food & beverage

A full continental breakfast buffet is served between 05:00 and 12:00. You can have breakfast in the dining room, on the veranda or in your room/on your balcony. Our coffee machine will serve you excellent coffee, and a large selection of teas and fruits is available free of charge 24 hours a day.

Area information

Leysin is known for its many hours of sunshine due to its exposure (south/west) and is virtually a balcony overlooking the valley and the Swiss and French Alps. It is the closest resort to Montreux, Lake Geneva and Geneva. Leysin is only 20 minutes from the valley, yet our house is perched at 1,480 metres above sea level. The resort offers an almost unlimited number of sports and leisure activities in both summer and winter.

Travel information

By train:
- Get off at Leysin Feydey station.
- Turn right downhill and walk 100 metres.
- Walk over the railway bridge
- Walk straight on for 50 metres to the red gate of the hotel.

By car:
- Exit A9 freeway at AIGLE.
- Follow the road signs LEYSIN all the way to LEYSIN (Fwy. exit to illuminated "Leysin" sign : 17,8 km. mostly up-hill).

In LEYSIN :
Please set your mileometer to 0 when you reach the illuminated "Leysin, Oxygene des Alpes" sign and stay on the main road. You pass the following waypoints:
- BCV Bank: 600 meters.
- Classic Hotel : 700 meters.
- Office du Tourisme : 1 km.
- Tamoil gas station : 1,1 km, then make a sharp turn left at
- TeleLeysin (cable car), keep going straight uphill.
- Central Residence Hotel : 1700 meters.
- Mini Golf : 2 km.
- Go straight to Les Airelles B&B (red gate) : 2300 meters.

Important information

Please note that there are stairs, which may make Les Airelles unsuitable for older or disabled guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 9 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
