The Residenza is a charming 3-storey building surrounded by greenery in a quiet position in the small village of Rovio, 15 km from Lugano. The rooms are simple and small, with private bathrooms and parking. La Residenza is located 700 meters from the Park-Hotel Rovio. Area Information

The village is situated on a sunny terrace on Monte Generoso and enjoys a mild climate. It is overlooked by the pyramid-like silhouette of Monte St. Agata. Its territory extends up to the summit of Monte Generoso.

Tombs have been found from both the Bronze Age and the Roman Period, as well as a column dating back to several centuries before Christ.
