Our elegant, light-flooded rooms all face south and offer magnificent views of the lake, the city and the mountains.

Food & beverage

The Restaurant Hermitage is open from 07:00 until 24:00.
The Restaurant Baccara is open from 11:45 to 14:00 and from 18:30 to 24:00.
The Barbecue restaurant is open from May until September, from 18:00 until 22:30 (weather permitting).

By public transport:
The hotel is 4 km from Lucerne's main train station (SBB). Take bus no. 24 (Meggen) from the station as far as the "Hermitage" bus stop (approx. a 12-minute ride).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
CHF 2.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs CHF 25 per person per night.
